Last Updated: 24 October 2026
At PawOrb, we believe great adventures deserve products you can rely on.
Every PawOrb is designed with convenience, practicality and quality in mind, helping you keep your four-legged companion hydrated wherever life takes you.
We stand behind our products and are committed to providing dependable customer support.
That’s why we offer a 12-month limited manufacturer’s defect warranty, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
This policy explains our warranty coverage, how to make a claim and how to care for your PawOrb.
1. Our 12-Month Warranty
PawOrb provides a voluntary 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal, intended use.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
Our warranty applies to PawOrb products purchased directly from our official website or authorised retail partners.
Where an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, PawOrb will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
* Repairing the affected product or component.
* Replacing the affected product or component.
* Providing a replacement product where repair is not reasonably available.
* Issuing a refund where appropriate.
For claims covered by our voluntary warranty, PawOrb will cover reasonable costs associated with the approved remedy.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
2. What Our Warranty Covers
Our voluntary warranty covers verified manufacturing defects affecting the normal operation or functionality of your PawOrb.
This may include defects involving:
* Stainless steel bottle: Manufacturing faults affecting the bottle’s structure or intended functionality.
* Silicone drinking bowl: Defects in materials or workmanship affecting normal use.
* Cap and closure components: Manufacturing faults preventing the product from functioning as intended.
* Seals and fittings: Defects causing the product to leak or malfunction under normal use.
* Supplied accessories: Manufacturing defects affecting accessories originally included with the product.
Each claim will be assessed based on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of use.
3. What Our Voluntary Warranty Does Not Cover
Our voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused solely by:
* Accidental drops, impacts or crushing.
* Misuse or use contrary to supplied instructions.
* Unauthorised modifications or alterations.
* Improper cleaning or storage.
* Exposure to unsuitable chemicals or excessive heat.
* Ordinary cosmetic wear resulting from normal use.
* Damage caused by pets chewing or biting the product.
* Loss or theft of the product or its accessories.
These exclusions apply only to our voluntary warranty.
They do not exclude, restrict or modify rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protections.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your PawOrb has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team.
Email: contact@paworb.com
Please include:
1. Your full name.
2. Your order number or other proof of purchase.
3. A description of the issue.
4. Photographs or a short video showing the concern, where reasonably available.
Our team will review your enquiry and provide further instructions.
Where an inspection or return is required, we will advise you of the appropriate arrangements.
Customers should not send products back without first contacting our support team.
5. Warranty Returns & Shipping Costs
For approved claims under our voluntary 12-month warranty, PawOrb will cover reasonable standard return postage and the cost of delivering any repaired or replacement product.
If you are asked to pay approved return postage initially, please retain your receipt so we can arrange reimbursement.
For claims under Australian Consumer Law, return and collection costs will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Where goods are faulty and reasonable return postage has been incurred, PawOrb will reimburse those costs as required by law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our voluntary warranty provides benefits in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These consumer guarantees apply independently of our voluntary warranty.
Depending on the circumstances, your statutory rights may continue beyond the 12-month warranty period.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or restricts any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers in New Zealand also retain applicable mandatory consumer protections under New Zealand law.

9. Personalised & Engraved Products
Personalised PawOrb products receive the same voluntary warranty coverage against eligible manufacturing defects as standard products.
Custom engraving does not remove or reduce applicable consumer guarantee protections.
Normal cosmetic changes to engraving caused by ordinary wear are not covered by the voluntary warranty unless they result from a manufacturing defect.
If engraving is completed incorrectly due to an error by PawOrb, please contact our team so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
10. Replacement Parts & Accessories
Where appropriate and available, PawOrb may provide replacement components to resolve eligible product issues.
Replacement parts may include silicone components, seals or other accessories.
Availability may vary depending on stock and product design.
Where a replacement component is required to remedy a valid warranty claim or meet our statutory obligations, it will be provided in accordance with the applicable warranty terms or consumer law.
11. Warranty Limitations
Our voluntary warranty applies to eligible defects in materials and workmanship arising during the stated warranty period.
It does not guarantee that a product will remain free from ordinary cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse.
PawOrb may request reasonable information to assess a warranty claim.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory legislation.
